Best Call i ever Made when I had “The Accident” I tell you Ashley and Roxann those Two Girls were on Top of Everything they sure went Over and Beyond! Made sure we were informed about every step of the way! Called at least every week to see how we were doing health wise! They both showed great Compassion and patience with us as we asked a lot of questions!! We were so pleased with the Outcome! Exceptional Customer Service!!

They are quick to respond to you when they want your case. They will meet you at your house and get you to a doctor and therapy right away. The only negative thing is that they have poor communication they dont follow up with you tell you how your case is going. I would call or email them and then they would call like a 1 or 2 later. At times I would message the main Representative to get a call back. At the end they called me and wanted got me a small offer it was not until the 3rd offer that I settled. My case took about 9 months to close my case.
